Refund and Return Policy for VasudevPro Tech

At VasudevPro Tech, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a clear and fair refund and return policy to provide transparency about our process. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Policy

a) 10-Day Return Window

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories and packaging intact.

b) Return Conditions

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or not working as intended are eligible for a return.
  • If the product was delivered as described, used, or mishandled by the customer, it is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Advance Payment Policy

a) Advance Payment Non-Refundable

When placing an order, customers are required to make an advance payment to confirm the order. This advance payment is non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is shipped and delivered, but the customer refuses to accept it.
  • If the delivery attempt is made, and the customer is unavailable to receive the product.

In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer, and the advance payment will not be refunded.

3. Product Issues and Contact

a) Product Not Working or Damaged

If the product arrives and is not working or has any defects, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9016304976 within the 10-day return window. We will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include replacement or repair.

b) Multiple Delivery Attempts for the Same Issue

In case the product is delivered twice, but the customer still faces the same issue (e.g., not working properly after receiving replacements), the customer will be eligible for a full refund of the product cost.

However, delivery charges are non-refundable in such cases. The refund will only apply to the product cost.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • If the customer fails to accept the product after dispatch.
  • If the product is returned damaged due to misuse by the customer.
  • Delivery charges for returns or refunds are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Process for Return and Refund

a) Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, customers must:

  • Contact our customer support via WhatsApp at +91-9016304976 with details of the issue.
  • Provide proof (such as pictures or videos) showing the defect or issue with the product.

b) Refund Method

Refunds for eligible products will be processed after the product has been returned and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method or UPI, typically within 7-10 business days.

c) Delivery Charges

Please note that delivery charges for both original and return shipments are non-refundable.
